How disputes are resolved

When questions arise about a determination, Acretix provides a structured resolution path. Most are resolved through the platform's audit trail and rule-based explanation. When further review is needed, an independent CPA performs agreed-upon procedures and produces a binding determination on factual matters.

The path is structured, time-bound, and defined in the deal specification before measurement begins. Both parties know the process before they need it.
